An Animated Week

Recently, I haven't been making many animations, however, I would like to animate alot more. So, to get myself back into animating, I am going to force myself to make an animation each day for the next week! They don't have do be full length animations, just testing out new techniques and stuff...

The Wizzo Comic (2008 - 2012)

Hello,
I have some bad news for any Wizzo artists and Wizzo fans as you may have figured from the title of this post - We are ending The Wizzo Comic.
It's been great fun working on it and we're so happy to have made some fans but our GCSE's are more important than the future of the comic and we're far too busy to carry on. The GCSE's have become a roadblock between us and entertaining you all with great strips and new laughs - they've made us realise that the comic isn't too important. We won't be getting jobs from doing it and barely anyone is interested in buying a copy.
This decision has been conferred with the editor, Harry Rickard. We've decided it's time for the close of the comic - a day we never really wanted to see come but sadly, we knew the day was coming so it pains us to say there will be no more issues after the release of Issue 5 meaning sadly, the readers will never get to read the adventures of Snuffle, Team Time and The Tyke-ings - but we are putting their intended adventures up onto the Wizzo website which will remain open but will stop being updated.
The final issue will be Issue 4 and will be on sale soon. We don't know of the future of the Wizzo yet but until our GCSE's are over - don't be expecting Issue 5. We're so sorry, , thank you so much for all of your support, what you have done for us is truly magical.
But for now, goodbye to The Wizzo Comic, 2008-2012. You will be sorely missed.

Wizzo Issue 3 OUT NOW!!

Issue 3 of the Wizzo is now officially out! It is available here!! It is available for $4.50 (Roughly £2.89 when automatically converted on paypal) plus some extra for P+P (May be up to £4.80 for postage to the UK, sorry, we are trying to buy in bulk, so we can distribute for a fair price.)
The Wizzo Comic is a brand new charity comic designed to tickle the funny-bone of comic fans of all ages! The comic is jam-packed with hilarious stories, fun, likeable characters and classic comic fun all inside many glorious, fun-filled pages! Half of the money raised will go towards various charities including JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) Cancer Research and Chestnut Treehouse to keep terminally ill kids smiling.
Issue 3 is written and Illustrated by Harry Rickard WizzKid97, Hannes Smit WizzJet, Kieren Gillespie QUICKSTUFF, Jonathan Barham Jsb97, Sam Jones, Sue Nichols and Max Champion Old-Freddy. In these 32 pages of fun: Blong goes weightlifting, Zappy invents a state-of-the-art translator and Chav and Jim are feeling the hot weather! Plus lots of new stories such as Stupid Steve, Get a Job Bob, Tornado Tommy, The Wee Musketeer and the Crash Test Dummies! Plus fun-filled new shorts pages including new favourites like Robert Robot, Tall and Small, How the Dinosaurs Died Out, Crazy Cartoons and The Weather Man!

Basically, since we have had some issues, the Wizzo will now be professionally printed, meaning high quality paper, ink and just a better overall finish. However this also means the Wizzo will also be more costly to make, and thus, to sell. The price isn't confirmed yet, but it will be around £3-£5. plus a bit for P+P. Issue 4 of the Wizzo will be on sale asap, although I'm not quite sure when exactly this will be, Issue 5 is the Halloween special, so expect that to be out around then. The Wizzo will also be delivered straight to your door, well vaguely to your address. If, for some reason, you earn even less than me, and you can't afford it, you can buy the e-version! Just download it and read it on your computer!
